where should i train

where is best safest place i should train ? i want to increase stats  for pk trips.  main goal is 99 range i have 75insured range mage protected

i know yaks are good but i need  higher stats first

goals:      1                          2                   3         goal rounds

         atk  60                      70                 90

          str - 70                    90                 99

           def - 60                  60                 70

                   ''           range 99                 ''   ogres are low xp after 80+
