swaffelay
longbows are the best to alch but a lot of ppl do that so there aren't to many selling longbows. I use bronze bolts from the store 1 gp ea and stand in trading spots with auto talk ; buying longbows.

UrBankMyBank
If you want to make money, but take a week or more to get it to 94: buy logs, make long bows, alch them. For Magic Longs (prices per a week ago when I stopped) you can buy magic logs for 1,100 to 1,200 then bow string for 150gp and the nats you can buy for 150gp. So all in cost 1,400 to 1,500 and they alch for 1,536. Even if you do half your alchs with this method you save a tonne of money. Its time vs cost I guess. AC Ring
Yeah you're best off to make some more money then just eat the nat cost with air runes or vials
