This is getting out of hand - please do not move

With the amount of people we have been accepting, organization will be more and more important.
AC is getting pretty large and I've been hearing a lot of complaints about certain things and most of it come from how unorganized things are getting.

 

Personally I haven't been Pking lately or been around certain events because I've been training as hard as I can for GOOD pking stats...
but the amount of complaints I hear is almost too much.

I can't leave the AFK Teamspeak channel without hearing some kind of argument. :/

I love this clan and met a handful of good people here but I'm worried about the future of the clan sometimes >.<

Are we getting too big? too popular? Maybe we need to be more strict? Need more rules?

DMM clans are still new and everybody has to start somewhere and adjust. Hopefully we can work out the kinks... adjust... and make things better. As a CLAN.

Yeah, i'de agree with this, sounds good, i like the required inventory stated before the trip, and splitting, you should split if you got a decent key and someone who was there hours got nothing, but hey, it's fun.  Just train up and bring better gear next time.

Im not sure this is a clanning mindset. Basically saying u not down to help unless u get urs. In the end your supposed to be in it for the clan, to make sure that in a clan vs clan situation ac wins. 

Sure getting a split is nice, but if ur not getting the keys u have no claim to the loot in the keys. 



Personally don't care much about splitting loots, I also find im more willing to share the loot if people dont think that they are entitled to it. 
If you think you deserve the loot, ask yourself: "is the key in your inventory?" ---- the answer to that question answers whether or not you have a claim to the loot.

What if me and you went pkng and you kept barraging a guy for me so he didn't get away so I could kill him then at the end I said cheers and left? You'd be like well ok I don't see a key in my invo I must not deserve it? lol.

lol no chance i'm gonna solo with you if we dont agree on splits before, but as far as going to clan war----- dont expect anything...........

if you honestly think you'll split loot with everyone who attacks the same person in a clan war, i hope you are pleased with the one shark you end up with..... 

I just don't understand how you plan on pking with 50+ people and still expect everyone to split the loots, like m8 if u wanna split loots get a group of 5-6 people and go pk with them.

You probably don't understand because you didn't read the post made by the person that started this thread. I'm not talking about CLAN WARS with 50+ people. I'm talking about the little pk trips people make with a few people which would be your definition of "soloing with people" or whatever. I wouldn't expect splits when we are mass pking but if you're going with a little group then for sure I want a split exactly like you said. If you read the first post you would have realised what I'm talking about.. didn't mention anything about clan pking with 50+ people.
