Stricter CC & Specified Rules

So as you know for the past few weeks a lot of people have been killing people in AC CC knowing they are in AC CC. 

There's also more scams going on and a lot of black market going on in forums or at least starting (questing service, firecape service, etc).

I believe we should ban all black market services for non-members at least and have a new forum for black market where only AC members + can do the service (or we can ban all black market stuff all together).

I also believe there should be specified rules on what you can and what you cannot do (eg. can you flame someone in cc? I've seen a few people calling other spastics and some get kicked while others don't).

1-Can you pk people who are not in cc , but once you attack them they join cc? 

2-Can you kill someone's friend (not knowing he is his friend or knowing he is)? (eg. Attacking a person and he states he knows sp33dy) 

3-Should intros be allowed to pk in public cc? ( a lot of people do this) or should we can all of them as it is not an AC sanctioned Pk trip and might ruin AC's reputation.

 

Questions above are just several of many questions that should be addressed.

I've been seeing this happen in the cc and try to warn people to take it with a grain of salt, randoms could join up, etc.  It should be pretty obvious that intros can't pk using the cc or ts.  The leaders put in a ton of work to make sure trips (I've been to 4-5 lava trips now) go smoothly and won't hesitate to end them if we screw up.  

The cc is public and as we grow it's only going to get worse.  I've been chatting with Taranis about a possible member/intro cc or a better way to see who's actually an intro/clan member. There are a ton of randoms joining the cc for protection (or to kill members unsuspecting), not to mention some Legion guys flaming.  Adding more smilies has been a big step, I know it could be a pain to moderate the chat closely but it's pretty wild as is.

All quest/fire cape services are not allowed in AC anymore as it always leads into something bad happening, As for the clan chat people pking within it need to use caution as we generally dont pk in public CC unless people are rogue pking by themselves.

I'd like to know if I can sell a RS3 account for OSRS/DMM gp on the forums? I'm not sure if breaking ingame rules against y'alls rules or not.
