Looks like with mixed opinions on it though it will space out clans more. Probably a good thing overall and I understand why some people are in favor of this. Only thing I like about this is that on the Twitch stream when this was being discussed a JMod state they could possibly have a DeadMan Season with Dragon Claws in-game.
