Ironmen Allowed In AC?

My friend's only account on osrs is an ironman https://gyazo.com/53caf4fc7aba72afe75482b00e23bfc1 is he allowed to apply? Once he gets sets of course.

It will be a very long grind to get the sets, and even then he will most likely be more affraid of dying than the rest of us.

I would love to see an ironman with set reqs/stats join AC, that would show mad dedication. It's just the long wars that would put a huge time gap on getting them back.

he has pretty good stats (the gyazo in the original post are his stats) and yeah sets will be a bit difficult to get some pieces of sets but hes definitely not afraid to die and would definitely return just like anyone else.
