The way I see it with questing on your acc.

1. Make sure account is secure, change password before hand to be air tight secure.
2. Make sure you have 2 step authentication
3. Trade bank off to alt
4. leave just supplies for quest with staminas, super energies, tele tabs ect.
5. Once the pepe is ready to do your quests give him the auth code
6. stay on pc worst case pepe gets dc'd logged off and you gotta give code again
7. zippedy zap zoop zoop pepes done your quests
8. Proceed to pay pepe with the pre discussed amount / pay off the rest (if you pay half before ect. or you pay all up front and hope no scammeroz)

Worst comes to worst, HE STEALS 100K WORTH OF STAMINAS AND TELS FUCK NO BANK WAS LOST D': D': #PTSDKICKINGINN

Quest sellings pretty safe it done right tbh, trust is always essential though. but its never gonna fuck you over.

I believe you 100% on that statement, can't back it up with "evidence" but I can back it up with my opinion, but definitely will let you know about the questing when it comes up!

If you can get all the quests that you need between the pre reqs and the main quests and send them in a list in my PM I could look into the pricing.  I'm willing to adjust based on your wealth because I know what its like when you dont have much money.
