Good to see your progress on this! I'm sort of a "health fanatic" 

I'm not public about it, but I love living a healthy lifestyle, macroing , planning out meals, working out and keeping to a schedule. Thinking of a minimal of 7 hours sleep as a necessity not something to be pushed around / changed to fix other things in. To be honest I could go real in depth about how I go about doing stuff on a daily basis. But no need to spam that all in here lmao.
