I dont know how nmz works though, like ive been doing it lately with dharoks and its been good but i dont use overload or absorbtion, idk what absorbtion potions even do

I'd suggest slayer with a sotd, so you can make some cash while training if money isn't an issue then nmz with dh method. Str training is about 50-70K xp an hour so just divide that by xp left and you'll find out how many hours
