I've been lucky to have only died once on the first day (chased and killed a key holder who ran into a group of 5 in Al Kharid) If I die I'll be pretty devastated though, top of the leaderboards for total exp so despite a several mil bank I'll be dropping off the front page. ;_;

I think skilling is best for seasonal. Fletch yews, fish lobs / sharks, etc.. You'll need the total level for tournament and skilling is a lot safer than normal DMM at the start.

40 is required, 60 is good, 99 is ideal. Depends how try-hard you want to be for PKing.

Whatever you do just don't chin anywhere near Yanille / Castle Wars, you're asking to die if you do.

Rush Lost City, Underground Pass, god spells (mage arena), desert treasure, and monkey madness (probably already too late for this one without help)

Terrorbirds if you can get there, otherwise city guards are good enough for small amounts of training.
