Yaks are usually pretty safe, just watch out for people trying to spec you, its close to safe zone. One of the safer spots that i've been training at is ardy zoo, its sometimes crowded but you can usually snag mobs from people, i've never been suicided on here neither. You don't need to bring food since everything is behind a cage/gate and there are a lot of varying levels. It may not be the fastest method but its great for semi-afk training. Edit: oh duh but ardy zoo is basically only ranged/mage, no melee. But there are some good melee targets around ardy, and for melee white knights in fally are pretty good too.

The fact that I can be killed anywhere at anytime! Its an amazing feeling and very punishing, I love it! Makes all of the accomplishments that much more worth it.

I've seen it vary a lot from person to person, which makes sense depending on how they want to play. In the end the best pkers will be those who have great switches and who are tribrids. That being said, I would protect HP to 75 and insure that and protect whatever your main stat is now (probably strength at this time). Then at 75 protect strength and mage probably depending on mage level. As for me i'm protecting range and HP (to 75) and then mage, considering these are the two where you have to buy mass amounts of items to train, at least that's how I feel about it. Edit: Non combat stats I would level and protect agility, if you want to PK then you need to have access to nearly everywhere through the shortcuts. Otherwise somebody can just outright outrun you easily. Slayer is another great one because its good money while training at the same time, and finally choose a good money maker. WC is a good third one because you can sell logs for profit and don't absolutely need a second non combat stat to make money off of it.
