I think there will always be a group of people who will enjoy deadman - especially over 07. Whether that group means there are only 3 servers with populations of +-300 then thats ok with me! I've always wanted a game where the risk of dying is significant, and the work required to then rebuild isn't ridiculous - deadman seems to be pretty good. I think Jagex will find a few tweaks to bring people back.

If you want to make money, but take a week or more to get it to 94: buy logs, make long bows, alch them. For Magic Longs (prices per a week ago when I stopped) you can buy magic logs for 1,100 to 1,200 then bow string for 150gp and the nats you can buy for 150gp. So all in cost 1,400 to 1,500 and they alch for 1,536. Even if you do half your alchs with this method you save a tonne of money. Its time vs cost I guess.
