I like flesh crawlers on level 2 of the stronghold. Really easy to get away from pkers because there is the rope to change floors 1 door away.

What everyone else said, there is no better way than using the "F" keys. The only way to make it better is by customizing which F key goes where. You can customize that in the options tab.

That just leaves from 10am till 2am to grindscape!
