    It's instanced, so you can camp near champion's guild, and when you see someone run into trapdoor and log out. Pretty much 0 counterplay

    If you have 75+ range, go to the black dragons in Taverly Dungeon with a mithril grapple. If any pkers come quickly run up the ladder and grapple your way to Catherby.
