Yes there are a ton of safe areas to train. "By safe" i mean if you dont afk and you are smart you will survive a sucider. Tree gnome village the front entrance or the west site of the big site you can train. Inside is safe but people can attack you from outside, before you train get overheads or bring a full inven of sharks. These birds are easy to kill and decent XP. You want to train range and have easy access to get away? Train under the magic guild in yanille. those zombies will give you like 150k-250k sp per hr depending on what your range lvl is and if you are using iron knifes. the safest in my opinion being terrrorbirds or trolls
