It still seems to be that alot of you have trouble calculating the total of amount of ex. bones until a certain prayer level, etc. And you all have different skills you want to check with the x5 xp rates, so here you go: http://2007rshelp.com/calcs.php Simply go to the skill of your choice and tick 'Deadman mode' and the table will convert everything into the xp rates.

If OP was recently using fire strike as his mage training xp and just insured hp (1M), I don't think he'll have enough for stun alch guys >_>... High alch/fire bolt is a good upgrade from there
