I run from v east and take the boat in the swamp, no quests required, just need to start nature spirit I always get 14 kc for max runes. Yes, sometimes they wait at the boat. The hardest part is getting there, once you are there it is quite easy to outsmart pkers. Just try to know where your tunnel is.
