The problem is that open fc is a recruiting tool too, so it is a hard call. We have to decide that we are strong enough to withstand the deadman mode concerns (people dying and quiting), and don't need to aggressively recruit anymore.

As far as I know, there is currently no memberlist of the AC deadman clan. So when I am pking/training on deadman and someone says "off im AC" and then kills me 5 minutes later, I am left being a little surprised and very annoyed. I have died 3-4 times from these misunderstandings over the last couple days itself... A comprehensive and up-to-date member list is essential in our growing clan, especially as we have so many new people joining our clan every week. I spend a lot of time on this game, so I have had the chance to get to know a few members from pking, training, questing and events, but I am still left attacking/being attacked by clan members when I don't recognize their names. Along with a member list, I strongly feel that we need a future applicant list - intros and friends of the clan. AC members should be getting to know and welcoming into the AC community. We should not be attacking these people too. We just cannot have AC members are attacking AC intros and friends; or AC intros and friends attacking AC members. If we are returning items/expecting item returns, then it is imperative that we take this step to prevent these attacks in the first place - instead of just giving out warnings. Also, are we off people who just happen to be in the AC public clan chat - Sp33dy20? Please advise. (I have died from a team of purple dots too) The urgent need for these lists was made clear when a "friend" ranked killed an AC member today in different teamspeak channel. With a list to verify, this situation could have be avoided. And, it is just not reasonable to expect people to scroll through the pages and pages of accepted applications in a DMM combat situation! It is not like we are re-inventing the wheel or something: clans have had member lists for ages, and we are just compiling the information publicly available on the intro and accepted application sections of our forum. Do you think this is something you would like to see? What are the benefits of such a list? What are your concerns with such a list? Please respond. It is just too important to ignore. Haha yea, it is important to have an escape route such as melzars maze key, air talisman, brown apron etc... Bring only 6-8 spaces for your bones and the rest filled with food and pots. You can unnote your bones in the general store in Rimmy for a few gp. Still safer than ecto atm.
