my case got escalated to tier 2 by the techs at microsoft cuz they cant figure out why i cant download windows 10. i keep getting error codes it fuckin sucks! im getting a call next thursday with the tier 2 techs so they can hopefully figure this shit out. i heard tons of ppl are having the same problem i am so i dont feel as bad
